Funky Fontana is a new band that is forming in Lancaster, PA. We are looking to put together a party band that is serious about success. We are different from the traditional “bar bands” because we plan to put 9 people on stage, which includes a slammin horn section and a Hammond with a Leslie. We are featuring a variety of genres including Funk, Rock, Reggae, Oldies and we will also kick in a few eclectic songs to keep if fresh. We will provide an amazing a brief hiatus from reality.

The music that we play nightly will be chosen by people attending our show. The order in which we play them will be decided by th spinner. We will put the selected songs on a spinner and spin it. When it stops, we play that song. When it stops at happy hour we drink for cheap! There are a whole bunch of things we are doing for our audience, because it is important to provide them an amazing and brief hiatus from reality.

Funky Fontana is being organized by one of Pennsylvania’s best known nightclub owners, a professional producer out of Philadelphia and a president of a 25 person advertising agency. Each will bring their own expertise to this project.
